For the past two days it has been raining here in the Midwest and it does not look like the weather is perking up anytime soon. Ergo, I am featuring a one man project called 'Washed Out', started by 26-year old Ernest Greene from Georgia. His music is art... sounding like synthpop with a crazy fuzziness to it.
